DayStar specializes in custom condominiums with extreme attention to detail and personalized one-on-one communication between the buyer and the builder. The two DayStar principals are on site full-time to ensure that all custom changes are handled personally. This personal attention touches all aspects of each development project from working with an accoustical engineer to design a "state-of-the-art" "sound wall" creating an S.T.C. rating that is second to none, to personally following up on each buyer's final punch list.
